Throughout Scripture, Jesus intentionally withdrew from the demands of ministry to spend time with the Father before returning to serve. We will follow that same pattern, inviting ministry couples into a different rhythm through the Lifted Formation Framework over three days. Each day builds intentionally upon the last, moving couples from personal renewal to relational strengthening and ultimately toward renewed vision and purposeful leadership.
Day One: Release & Rest
Reestablish the inner and spiritual foundations of leadership. Participants will:
- Assess their spiritual and leadership health.
- Identify internal pressures and unhealthy leadership patterns.
- Develop practices for rest, prayer, and renewal.
- Create a personal Release Plan.
Day Two: Reconnect & Rebuild
Strengthen the relationships that sustain your calling. Participants will:
- Strengthen communication and conflict skills.
- Identify relational patterns and emotional triggers.
- Develop healthy boundaries.
- Create a Marriage Alignment Plan.
Day Three: Refocus & Reignite
Lead with renewed clarity, purpose, and sustainability. Participants will:
- Clarify their calling and leadership priorities.
- Develop a Personal Rule of Life.
- Complete a 90-Day Leadership Formation Plan.
- Receive a commissioning for their next season of leadership.
