Throughout every Lifted journey, intentional moments of guided reflection help participants move beyond simply hearing Scripture to honestly engaging with what God is revealing.

Rather than rushing from one session to the next, Lifted creates protected space to pause, examine the heart, renew the mind, and prayerfully discern faithful next steps.

Through this experience, you will:

• Reflect on the beliefs, expectations, and leadership patterns shaping your ministry. 
• Recognize how internal pressures influence your relationships and decision-making. 
• Process what God is revealing through Scripture before moving to application. 
• Develop practical rhythms of self-examination, discernment, and faithful response.
